Oba is a Cuban fusion type restaurant in the Pearl District. The service is occasionally great. However, once in a while it gets too busy and the staff gets behind. Too bad, because the food is pretty good. It's a good happy hour stop, and also good for lunch. Dinner is best done late after the crowd dies down. Also, be prepared for spicy.
