This is my favorite restaurant in all of Portland. Honestly, even though I'm 2,000 miles away, I'm ready to hop a plane back just to eat food here! I discovered this place early on in my stay in Portland; and instantly became addicted! I either start out with the agedashi tofu or veggie tempura. Then I follow it up with some amazing kitsunetoji udon. For dessert I have tempura ice cream. It's deep-fried ice cream covered with whipped cream. During my meal I either enjoy some sake or a large Kirin.
I've been to Japan so I know authentic Japanese cuisine. This place definitely has it! If I could, I would eat there every day!
