Portland City Grill has a wonderful ambiance and the greatest views in Portland. On the 30th floor of the American Bank Building in downtown Portland, the restaurant overlooks the entire city of Portland and the Willamette River. The menu is fantastic and it frequently changes to add new specialties. You will definitely not leave the restaurant feeling unsatisfied.
It's high end, it's a bit snooty, and nobody cares. The views are the best in town. The food is super pricey, but always awesome. The wait staff is sometimes snotty, but usually nice. It's always good to look rich or come in with 15 of your closest friends - you get a better response. The place is always full, and for good reason. Go on a clear day for the best views.
