The Cheesecake Factory in Crabtree Valley Mall is a nice option for a fancy dinner or just dessert. The wait is often long during peak hours and the pager they have does not go very far so the entrances can get crowded very quickly making the wait uncomfortable. However, once seated, the food proves to be very good, with many options in different food categories. The portions are very large. My favorite dessert is the Annie’s Fudge Cake, a very rich Chocolate multi-layer cake. The Cheesecakes are also wonderful
I had been in line behind 2 customers for 16 minutes waiting for my Frisco sandwich, which takes all of 1 minute to heat up and prepare. The management saw fit to place all the skinny people in the front and the large ones in the back cooking. Had it not been for the large dark female cook, all of us would have been there for another 16 minutes. She reminds me of the manager they used to have there named Burns.
