This used to be called Ri Ra. It changed owners and names awhile back, but kept the same decor and staff. It's a very pretty restaurant, with some Victorian decor, and some decor imported from Ireland. Lots of nooks and crannies and interesting rooms to sit in. Also has a private room for small groups. Lots of events going on. The menu is really yummy and I always have a hard time deciding what to order!
Fun, boistrous, casual beachy place for grilled, Mexican style Lobster. Try the enchilada & eggs that Rachel Ray raved about on her $40/day Laguna Beach Episode. It was crowded before Rachel Ray's visit - must be packed now. Get there early for outside patio dining with ocean breeze.
