The banner advertising the lunch buffet for $4.99, including tea, caught my attention. The buffet, as is the restaurant, is small but both appeared well maintained. While modest, the buffet provided well executed basics including sweet and sour shrimp (delicious!), pepper steak, fried rice, egg rolls, etc. The buffet was well maintained, the service was excellent, and the price was outstanding.
