Halligan Bar and Grill not only offers great food but also a great experience. Featuring the driver's side of a full-size fire engine equipped with a fully functional siren behind the bar. The bar serves their own brand of beer, and it is pretty good for the price. The best part is still the food, and any of the BBQ combination plates is a winner, but the beef brisket and baby back rib combo is the best I've ever had in Richmond. Cornbread is a must try if you still have room left!
