There are many good Vietnamese Restaurants in Richmond, but my favorite is Vietnam One. Hidden away behind Tan-A near Horsepen and Broad, Vietnam One offers delicious and filling pho soups that are as good if not better than ones you can get anywhere in town. The real treat at Vietnam One are the fresh jicama root rolls with fried scallions and peanut dipping sauce. For dinner I recommended any of the grill platters with vermicelli noodles but I favor the grilled beef or grilled tofu. Best tofu dinner in the city.
