Nishiki Sushi is a family owned japanese restaurant in the heart of Sacramento. when you walk in you are always welcomed with open arms. The sushi is exceptional, and I am not a huge fan of sushi in general. I tend to go for the rolls that have been fully cooked, and they are often smothered is wonderful sauces for that added flavor. My friends tend to go for some of the more undercooked sushi, which i have tried and is tasty. i however just prefer to know if it is cooked or not before it eat it (yes, i was tricked!). In addition to great sushi, they also have other entrees such as sesame chicken which is one of my favorites. of course you cannot leave without having a saki bomb!
