Pasta House is a pretty run of the mill italian place. It has delined in quality over the years. The food is average, nothing outstanding. The salad is typically drenched in dressing. Good service is hard to come by. This not the place to go if you want some of the outstanding Italian food that is often found in St. Louis.
To many people, the Pasta House may seem to be just your run of the mill Italian joint. But to St. Louisians, it has been a culinary landmark for several decades. The Pasta House provides a unique St. Louis style to several core Italian dishes, as well as providing several original items. I'd recommend the place to anyone visiting who wants some Italian food. The place may seem a little dinky, I'll grant you that. But the food does not disappoint. Plus, who can deny those uttelry delicious rolls?
Pasta House was just OK. The manicotti was a little burned. The sauce tasted like it bad been left in the oven or in a pan a little to long. The cheese inside the stuffed pasta was OK. Most of the menu prices were appropriate for what you are getting. The house salad there was good, probably better than the entree. With all of the amazing Italian restaurants in STL there are better choices than Pasta House but if its close to home and you are looking for fast, cheap pasta its doable.
food was excellent and I loved it,when you go there it gives you a sence of actually being in italy and its . Definitely have to go there again.Best part of the experience was how great we were treated.The wait staff was remarkable.Everything was tailored to fit our needs.
Great for kids, friends and family hang outs. The food is healthy and authentic and yummy and service is awesome! I just love it! so much!
The people here are very attentive and polite. They make you feel comfortable and the ambiance is also nice. I really love eating here.. the food is super yummy.
Food is okay but not my favorite. The food tastes like Italian fast food but the service is quite good. Not really recommended.
Description: PASTA HOUSE IS REALLY GOOD...The cooks really get the food to you quick. For 4 yrs we have tried a variety of dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. The lemon herb chicken is great and my husband loves the roasted chicken pepper sandwich, he thinks the clam chowder is the best in town, and he has tried them all.The PASTA HOUSE was restaurant style without having to pay the large tips. GREAT food with an extensive menu.
