When we pulled our u-haul into town after a 9 day drive across country, the first place our friends took us in San Francisco was Citrus Club. It was the perfect welcome meal and I have been devoted ever since. Simple, fresh and tasty pho dishes and yummy soups and apps, full bar and warm ambiance keep us coming back at least once a week. It's the first place we take out of towners for lunch and a great way to wrap up a day in the Haight. Their Tom kha gai (lemongrass, coconut chicken or tofu soup) is the best I've ever had and the pho gha (chicken soup) is packed with veggies and perfect for feeding your cold.
