Thoroughly impressed by the sushi chef at Ryoko. Walked into the place and was not expecting much. I was glad to have been wrong. The fish had just arrived, super fresh. We sat and ordered the samegarei for the white fish, sweet shrimp and the fried chicken. Delicious. The tuna hand roll, just as good. And to finish our chef made us an amazing piece of sushi slightly cooked with a cooking torch with a little monkfish liver sauce. Really could not have asked for much more. And if you get curious about the random yelling, it's just announcing that a new customer has arrived.
