My husband and I have been big fans of Pangea for over a year now, thanks to Charles Ferruzza in the Pitch for his review. As far as we're concerned, Pangea is the best kept secret in Kansas City - five star food at three star prices. The owners, Wendy and Martin Rudderforth, have created a perfect jewel box of a restaurant. The menu is well selected, spanning the globe in a series of 'small plates'.
