As a south Texan transplant to the Allentown area, I can honestly say that Jack Creek is a fair attempt at Tex Mex food. One thing that makes it all worth the trip...the 'homemade' flour tortillas with honey butter. The honey and flour dough remind me of sopapillas, a Mexican puffed dough dessert which you fill with honey. I would go to Jack Creek just for the tortillas and honey butter.
