I ordered 5 pizzas for my sons birthday party at about 1pm to be delivered at 4:30pm. No pizza at 5:30 so I called. They had tried to deliver around 2pm said they tried to call and went by the house and they had just thrown the pizzas out. I had to replace the order, but they did give me 50% off and it was there in 20 minutes
