Darya Restaurant in Santa Monica, opened in 1996, is the sister location to the Darya Restaurant in Orange, CA. They offer marinated filet mignn, chicken, lamb, and fish Kabobs cooked over an open flame. They serve a variety of mixed rices and salads, as well as an array of appetizers, from Borani (sauteed eggplants with caramelized onions and garlic) to Dolmeh (stuffed Grape leaves).
