This place is up the street from me, the ice cream is authentic Italian but very pricey. There is a Gelato shop just as good by LACC on Heliothrope and Melrose . Good size scoop for only $2.50. This is becoming a trendy area by the college and there is a coffee shop next door with outside seating. Very popular with the students and locals Believe it or not it's called 'Scoops'. I 'm from Italy believe me this real Gelato.
