It's what it says, a wine bar. For $16 you can get a 3 glass flight of whites or reds. They also have some yummy treats like pizza and risotto. The risotto was good (not ad good as mine...lol...) They are also grandfathered in for smoking, so those of you that partake are good. I don't smoke, but I did not even catch a whiff of smoke. They must have a great ventilation system. There is also a small outdoor area to sit in outside, but when I was there two weeks ago I was wishing for my off skintastic. The mosquitoes love me, they thought I was the wine bar. I went there twice during my trip and had a nice time during both my visits.
