I visited Pizzeria Bianco recently after driving 2500 miles and waited in line two hours. Was it worth it? Absolutely and I would do it again. Chris Bianco has created a experience that few restaurateurs can match in this country. It is so much more then just pizza. If you believe great food is about memories, bringing people together in this hectic world, and enjoying life to its fullest then you will appreciate Pizzeria Bianco. If you eat to live and view food only as a substance for survival then you will likely only view it as pizza. With that said only each individual can decide for themselves before going.
