This location used to be called Mark Pi's express. Now under new ownership, I feel that the quality is about the same. I had the general's chicken yesterday with the steamed rice and a chicken egg roll (they were sold out of the beef). I went in and ordered to go. They said it would be ready in about 10 mins, so I went to the obligatory attached casino to blow a few dollars. The casino was a shady smoking area where the customers just didn't seem right.
