Flo provides a nice laid back atmosphere with polite friendly service. The cafes in the downtown area can be rather annoying and full of creepy weirdos bothering you outside. At Flo, I have never experienced this. I would reccommend it to anyone whom is tired of those dirty downtown places. the food is good as well.
