Usually, I love Pizza Hut, I think they have great pizza. But as far as my local Pizza Hut franchise in Paris.. It has horrible service. It can take up to an hour or longer to deliver a pizza, while others have been here within 15 minutes... Most times, they forget something, be it a side order/coke and have to bring it back. I think they really need to step it up.
