I recently visited the Celtic Fox in Topeka. The location was great, just a block away from the Capitol, downtown in the middle of everything. That's the best thing I have to say about it. The service was horrible (is that par for Irish pubs?). They charged $3 for PBR, and the food was average. Not very Irish, either, as far as Irish pubs go. I'd probably go back during an evening, just to see if things were different. That, and Topeka didn't seem to have much more to offer.
