A companion and I went to dinner at 5PM on a Saturday evening. We did not have reservations nor did we know that reservations were recommended as we saw the restaurant from the street. We were cooly treated when we told staff we did not have reservations. We were seated beneath a heater given no silverware or water only a menu. We told a waiter that we were uncomfortably hot and the waiter left. Still no silverware or water. We were told someone would come speak with us. After 20 minutes total w
