It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant but I remember the experience well enough to give it a thumbs up or better yet, 4 stars/forks. The dark wood benches are a contrast to the large blown glass pieces lighting the room. The cuisine is different than what you might find at a home-style greek restaurant, no pita and bland tzatziki sauce or a few olives and feta scattered over iceberg lettuce. Many of the courses are just that, courses, enabling you to have a great time choosing your layered meal for the evening. Grilled salmon kababs marinated beet salad were just a few things I (remember that I) ordered. I had no complaints at all. I certainly would recommend Lola for dinner for a few reasons, the food is eclectic and fun, the prices aren't outrageous but probably the least expensive meal on the block, and lastly because it's a Tom Douglas restaurant (Dahlia Lounge).
