The Modern Exchange is equal parts music venue, coffee house, and resale shop. That's right! They have a large event space that is booked to the gills with local bands. They have a secondhand shop in the front with vintage clothing and records, and a coffee bar to boot. The coffee bar has snack foods only. The coffee has always been fresh and really cheap. The owner is usually in the crowd somewhere and always looking to chat. This is an all around great place!
