I've been at this place once or twice and same things happened. Food were over-cooked and you can barely eat it. I don't feel good about eating them.
And yeah, food were really cold and the name said it. I don't like the place as well, its crowded though the staff were somewhat nice, they're not that accommodating and excellence was not their top priority!

If you are a sub fan you will totally dig this place. I not a total fan but they serve great food. The staff is a little off though, I don't know, I thought they are always having a bad day or something.

Staff should learn to atleast smile once and a while. :)

my first time there, people were not friendly, no thank you or smiles. the burger was so well done you could have used for shoe leather, and they mixed old fries with fresh ones which was nasty.
