Roy's Hawaiian Fusion has been one of my boyfriend and I's favorite places to dine for the last few years. The environment and ambiance are sophisticated and yet relaxed. The bartenders and wait staff are extremely pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable about their menu. To say that the wine menu is extensive would be a gross understatement as it is one of the best I have come across in all my years dining out. And the food is absolutely excellent! I particularly love the Blackened Island Ahi Tuna either as an appetizer or entree. We order it every single time we go there. The sushi rolls are wonderful and the lobster dim sum is a must try. Even if you've already eaten dinner, Roy's is an excellent stop for after dinner drinks and dessert. They have a decadent chocolate souffle cake that takes 25 minutes to bake but is well worth the wait. I would recommend making reservations, particularly if you're going during prime dinner hours, as it is always busy. Apparently word spreads fast when the food is this good.
