The food at this restaurant does not even come close to what the food in Brazil taste like. I'm a native Brazilian and was very disappointed with the kind of food this restaurant is serving and saying it's Brazilian food. The way the serve the meat is a Brazilian style but that is all. The food lacks taste. Brazilians fries their rice when they cook it, not this mushy rice mixture they are serving over at Fogo de Chao. The Brazilians seasons their meat to perfection, at Fogo de Chao most of the meat has no taste at all. To call that Brazilian Food it is an insult to the Brazilians. I for one was very disappointed. Some times you get tired of cooking for your self so you decide to try someone else's cooking, but that was not worth the price they charge. They can't even fix a decent caipirinha. When you fix a caipirinha, you smash the lemon without smashing the peeling, if you do you get this bitter drink. There is an art to prepare the drink, and at Fogo de Chao they don't know how to do it. I do not reccomend this restaurant to anyone. If you want to try Brazilian food, you're better off having a native Brazilian cook for you.
