The Casbah has a wonderful atmosphere, a great menu, and has unfortunately been horribly managed for the 10 years I've lived here. I feel passionately about this because I'm a vegan and the Casbah is only one of three all-vegetarian restaurants in town. The vision and intention of the Casbah are great, but the reality of their operation is a big disappointment.
