We live in Annapolis and have lived here for more than 20 years. We have known Harry Browne's as one of the places for dinner and decided on brunch there for the first time to recognize our anniversary - the cruise must wait until December. We were woefully disappointed and will not go back. Ambiance found at night is totally lacking, food not bad but just plain ordinary, and service was awful.
