Bau Chau has the best pho in Vancouver, hands DOWN. They give great portions of meat, their broth is delicious and I don't get any MSG headaches. They also have surprisingly courteous and friendly service. I recommend the bun bo hue. Did I mention they were extremely affordable? Well, I did now.
