Golden Oscar is another of the so-called "Hong Kong Cafe" restaurants, named this because they serve a sort of half western/half chinese style of low priced fast meals popular in Hong Kong. Of the HK cafes in Vancouver, this one rates pretty poorly on my scale. I have seen roaches skitter across the floor and the service isn't anything special. However, some people seem to LOVE it here. It's worth going to just for a cheap bite, I suppose.
