Oh, Tsui Hang village: Vancouver's embarrassing little dining secret. This is a must-go place if you are going to hit the entertainment district (Granville St.) of Vancouver. They are usually open until about 5AM and although I'm sure they are a very sane and classy restaurant during the day (clean, white table cloths, some expensive menu items, lobster tanks, nice decor) at night it becomes a MADHOUSE. Such a great experience can be had here. They serve drinks way past the cut off (just order the 'cold tea' and they will bring you beer in a tea pot...very cute) and they are host to a ridiculous slew of drunk and disorderly patrons. This is also a great celebrity spotting venue! I have seen Ryan Phillipe, Wesley Snipes, and members of many rap groups within just the last couple of years.
