Garrett's is just a typical bar in Georgetown. There is no smoking, yet the restaurant smells of stale smoke. It's a little difficult to keep an appetite with that smell. Their sandwiches are average, but expensive for what they are.
Garza's Cafe has the best enchiladas to be found ANYWHERE! Their flour tortillas, corn tortillas, rice, beans, and ALL of their food is awesome. I no longer live in San Juan, but my family and I bring their enchiladas back to Denver whenever we visit there. Hats off to Alicia and Laurie for continuing the wonderful family tradition of their tasty little landmark.
