First off, I grew up on Military Bases and have had more chinese food than your average person, so much that I learned the recipes of all my favorite restaurants. Hung Fong is the oldest chinese place in Texas and some (not all) of their dishes are the best. I now live in DFW,TX and what I miss the most about San Antonio is Hung Fong. I will agree their food over the years has fluctuated with the biggest impact was when they expanded into Ding How and Maverick Cafe of which they moved the cooks
