barney's, at least at this location, demonstrates how not to run a burger joint. put aside the preening rockridge patrons for a moment, and concentrate on the quality and price of the product -- they both fall far short of the mark. on four separate visits, my burgers were not cooked to order. they didn't taste bad, but scarcely deserved the 'gourmet' moniker or the comparatively hefty price tag. save your money, buy some good quality beef, seek out an interesting companion and grill your own.
