Rodizio Grill was the first Brazilian Grill in Utah. Its success has contributed to similar Grills such as Braza Grill, and Tucanos.
The full Rodizio offers unlimited skewered meats, appetizers, and a salad bar.
The Restaurant offers a great variety of meats including beef, chicken, pork, and seafood.
My favorites are the grilled vegetables, which are covered in olive oil and cheese, and the grilled pineapple. The pineapple is covered in a honey glaze. It tastes so good you wont want dessert.
If you do still have room deserts the restaurant offers a variety of gourmet Brazilian deserts that are to die for.
The salad bar offers an array of traditional Brazilian Salads.
The restaurant is trendy, modern, and fun. It has a separate room that you can rent for parties, and they do serve alcohol.
The only down side of this restaurant is the noise. However I'm sure you will be too busy chewing to even worry about hearing the conversation.
- Full Rodizio: Delicious ($22)
