I can't say enough good things about Texas de Brazil! They don't have a menu. Customers either choose the bar or the full dinner which is the bar and the meat. The food bar surpasses ANY salad bar I've seen anywhere! They have unique foods on the bar such as goat cheese terrine, heart of palm, buffalo mozzarella balls, smoked gouda, lobster bisque and pickled capers. Then when you think you've had enough you begin your next course which is 14 different kinds of meat! But this meat is not on any bar. Men, called gauchos, walk around the restaurant from table to table with an idividual slab of cooked meat such as Brazilian sausage, filet mignon, parmesan pork, leg of lamb, flank steak or barbecued ribs. But that's not all. They have a wonderful dessert menu and the service is always top notch! Anytime my parents come to visit they ask specifically to eat there and my husband and I are all to eager to oblige! By the way, if you sign up for their email list, they'll send you great coupons!
Note: I have no idea why the name of the restaurant comes up as "rwumkgn". I've tried to change it, but it doesn't register. I hope it's evident that this review is for a great restaurant and I'm disturbed that this review is showing up this way.
