Ingredients
sprouted chana dhall - 1/4 cup
sprouted red beans - 1/4 cup
sprouted double bean - 1/4 cup
coriander leaves for garnishing
Directions

1. Pressure cook sprouted chana dhall - 1/4 cup

sprouted peas - 1/4 cup

sprouted red beans - 1/4 cup

sprouted double bean - 1/4 cup together until tender.

2. Cut onion- 1, tomato-1 and green chilli-1. Grind it in mixie along with ginger-an inch and garlic-4-5 and make paste.

3. Heat oil-1 tbsp in a pan and fry bay leaves-2 for 30 secs. Add the paste and fry on medium heat until golden brown (The oil starts separating from the mixture).

4. Add red chilli powder-1 tsp, turmeric powder-1/2tsp, coriander powder-1tsp, masala powder -1tsp and salt to taste. Mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

5. Add water enough to make thick gravy. Bring the gravy to boil.

6. Add cooked sprouted chana dhall ,sprouted peas,sprouted red beans,sprouted double bean (along with the water in which it was cooked). Stir well and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot.
