Underwater Restaurant

This place will probably have the freshest seafood around. It is underwater. The restaurant is in the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa in Rangali Island in Maldives. I have to say it looks pretty cool. Dining in the ocean, looking at angelfish and Rays must be pretty cool. I am sure this will become a top destination. The cuisine is Maldavian Fusion (I have no clue what that means), but you can look at the menu on their website.

The Ithaa Restaurant is 16 feet below sea level in the Indian Ocean. It seats only 14 people. I wonder how hard it is to get reservations. - 7th Apr, 2007
