c. lemon or lime juice

tsp. fresh ground black pepper.
Approx. 10-15 tarragon leaves.
shaved parmesan cheese, opt. as garnish
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for oil. Once incorporated, whisk in the oil, creating a vinegariette. Serve with a winter or bitter lettuce, like Argula, Raddichio, or Endive. I like to play it up with pomegranate seeds and macadamia nuts when available. Enjoy!
