lb. boneless skinless chicken - trimmed

T. Classico Tomato-Basil Pesto
Hickory smoked mozzarella cheese - sliced
Directions
1.
Flatten chicken to 1/2" thickness. Brush with olive oil and place on grill. Cooking for 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink inside.
2.
Brush olive oil on both halves of ciabatta roll and place on grill for 2 minutes to toast.
3.
To assemble sandwich, spread tomato-basil pesto on top half of roll. On bottom half layer in this order... Chicken, mozzarella, fresh whole basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes.
