Directions

Set oven at 350 degrees

Coat bottom and sides of pan with baker's joy-this works best!!

First layer is chopped pecans -1 to 2 cups

Next layer in coconut-use best judgement

a light layer is best..

Mix cake to box directions. add to pan.

Finally mix presoftened cream cheese, butter and box of powdered sugar until creamy. this will take a few minutes and defenitely use your beaters!!

Addto pan- will be extremely full..

HOT TIP_I usually line the shelf under cake pan to catch spill over..
10.
Bake for 45-60 minutes. The cake will be jiggly when you take it out..

Let set up and carefully flip it out of the pan!! This is the best cake ever!!
