ml milk 1 vanila stick 1pinch of salt 85g butter 100g flour 120g egg yolks 200 egg whites 100g granulated sugar 10 white sugar

Put together milk, vanilla seeds and salt.warm it up . when it starts boiling add butter till it melts, when it comes back to boil, remove the vanilla stick and add flour and mix till it gets all together. remove form the heat and add egg yolks, 1 by one. mix the whites and sugar, add this to the yolk mix with envolving movements that way you dont looes air from the whites. grease souffle dish with butter and sugar, ty to grease it with vertical lines, this will make your souffle grow bigger. bake for about 30-40 minutes till it's brown on top and finish with white sugar. serve as soon as it's ready it will come down in less than 2 minutes...enjoy
