Ingredients

teacups chopped mixed vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cauliflour, french beans, and green bell peppers)
2
tblsp cooked rice paste
2
tsp ginger cut into strips
A few curry leaves and salt to taste
Directions
1.
Heat 4 tble coconut oil in a pan on medium level till it is hot. Add 4 whole green cardamoms ,4 whole cloves ,1" cinnamon stick ,1 tsp cumin seeds,2 bay leaves.

Fry for a few seconds. Now add 2 green chili slit ,2 tsp ginger cut into strips and 2 medium onion sliced.
3.
Saute on medium heat for 2 minute or till the onions are transparent and soft.

Add 4 teacups chopped mixed vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cauliflour, french beans, and green bell peppers), curry leaves, salt and 2 cup water.
5.
Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked..

Add 1 tsp pepper powder, 2 tblsp cooked rice paste & 2 cup cream. Simmer on very low heat for about 1 minute
