Avocado And Crab Meat Sushi



2 3/4 hour


30 pieces

1 cup white short-grain rice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry Sherry
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 avocado
fresh lemon juice
three pieces of toasted seaweed
1/2 cucumber, peeled seeded and cut into strips
1/4 pound fresh King crab meat, thawed

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 ple of avocado strips, cucumber and crab meat across the middle of the rice.
Step 2 Add a little wasabi to the crab (be careful, wasabi is very hot)
Step 3 Roll up the nori tightly.
Step 4 Cut each roll with a sharp knife.
Step 5 Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger.
