    Never buy costumes here, they sell Party City costumes but don't tell you they are from Party City. The worst part is that if it doesn't suit them, they won't return or exchange because it doesn't say the spirit of Halloween.

    I bought a costume for my daughter and came back a few days later to return the unused product. The staff member refused to return or exchange the product as it was not a Halloween spirit product. I don't understand how this is not the Spirit Halloween product when I purchased from your store. I followed their refund policy and was denied a refund or exchange. If I know there is no refund or exchange.
