Passion Fruit Pie Pie De Parchita

My mamma used to make this dessert all the time when we were kids.



20 min



1 can of condensed milk
1 package of Maria crackers (Graham Crackers may work)
150 grams of Saltfree margarine (5 ozs)
3 medium size passion fruit or 1 can of passion fruit juice concentrate.
4 eggs
4 tbsps of sugar

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 Preparation
Step 2 1 - Crush Maria Crackers and mix with melted margarine trying to make a paste.
Step 3 2 - Put this paste into mold that will serve as the basis for pie. Spread throughout the mold.
Step 4 3 - Blend the passion fruit without water. Remove seeds
Step 5 4 - In a blender, mix the passion fruit or passion fruit juice concentrate (you may use the condensed milk's can as measure) add condensed milk and the 4 yolks. Blend
Step 6 5 - Set in the mold paste of crackers.
Step 7 6 - With the white of the egg and four tablespoons sugar, beat until point of snow (to make a whipped cream)
Step 8 7 -Put whipped cream on top of the pie.
Step 9 8 - Bake for 5 minutes or until the whipped cream is gold.
Step 10 6 - Put in freezer for two hours.
