As a regular type of person who lives his life in an ordinary way, perhaps one of the biggest challenge I can face in my social life is being invited to a formal dinner.

Okay, I haven’t been to a real formal dinner affair, with the black tie and stuff, but I’ve been to events that close. If there is anything that I’ve learned about, it’s in knowing what to use during the event. There are certain rules that needs to be followed. Nobody wants to look like a fool in that event.

Anyway, the thing I’ve learned during these gathering is that never to let your elbows rest on the table. That’s considered bad manners. Also, you don’t eat your soup with slurping sounds, that would be the ultimate in rudeness. Know that you use the knife with your right hand, and your fork on the left. And don’t forget to avoid burping at all cost.

Well, enough of the etiquette part.
